We also offer long-distance Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) upon request. Pass employment drug and alcohol screenings as required by law

We are here to provide 24/7 transportation services in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Additionally, we offer both scheduled and unscheduled after-hour transport services to accommodate any urgent needs.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Can I schedule recurring trips for regular appointments?

Yes, we offer the option to schedule recurring trips for regular appointments. Please contact us to set up a recurring schedule.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate your new schedule. (may be subject to late fee's)

Is NEMT covered by insurance?

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is often covered by Medi-Cal and some private insurance plans. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for coverage details.

Do you provide transportation for non-medical purposes?

What if I need assistance with medication or medical equipment?

While we are not able to assist members with the physical administration of prescribed medications, we can organize to pick up and deliver your prescriptions to you! Please provide details when booking your service.
